We are proud of our successful achievements. Being listed as one of the 30 most influential companies in media and technological field (as released by CIO Bulletin 2020), encourage us to keep doing our best to implement our projects and ideas. CEO interview as follows:

What is the current scenario of Telco & Information and Communication Technology (ICT)?

In this moment of health emergency and global economic crisis, our ICT customers have had to review their internal policies, making them more efficient for a better management of digital transformation. Since COVID19 pandemic provoked Italian economic recession, the most part of the investments made on digital revolution have been lower than expected; nevertheless, I am confident that we are close to a global recovery. We are ready to face new challenges. Concerning our Telco customers, I am glad not to have experience significant money losses and that our customers keep relying on our services. Moreover, we strive to increase our revenue.

Could you tell us something more about LUBEA: its origins and values?

Many years ago, I decided to start a completely new business. LUBEA is a customer’s-oriented company. Our business rests on our core values which are Transparency, Integrity, Impartiality, Efficiency, and Entrepreneurship.

Could you please tell us something more about your area of expertise?

We provide customers with services in wireless mobile networks engineering, radio and transmission planning, 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies, as well as services for wireless/mobile network infrastructures (like towers, poles, radio systems, etc.). We design Fiber Optics Networks (GPON) and FTTx networks. We also test wireless devices (like handsets, decoders etc.) before proving them to partners. Our team of experts perform Site Radio Acceptance (BTS/NodeBs), and it help Operators assess production costs.

We are working hard to implement Digital Transformation services and IoT solutions to guarantee companies the connectivity and the amount of data they could need.

Our goal is to present technological and innovative solutions/ideas our customers could rely on to perform their activities. LUBEA will work closely with customers to help understand how Digital Transformation increases their revenues.

 Could you please tell us which services you provide to your customer?.

We are a consulting company and our main goal is to provide innovative services and solutions. I would like to highlight that LUBEA has been named as one of the first Italian companies to develop a new system/solution, called “Advanced Network Inventory.” This system allows our customers to keep track of their wireless networks through specific detections. Thanks to the use of drones and laser-scans and through complex data processing software collected in the field, partly developed internally in order to offer even more precise and immediate outputs, LUBEA has started to offer, from the beginning, these services in Italy for the main wireless network vendors and carriers. This solution is now helping the owners of the network infrastructures and the wireless operators to save up internal costs and to reduce the health and safety risks of the sub-contractors during the site surveys. 

Could you tell us something more about LUBEA method?

Our method is based on 7 phases that help us provide our customers with the best solutions/services.

What safety measures did you implement during COVID19 pandemic?

The COVID19 impacted on everyone’s lives, communities, and business worldwide. We committed ourselves to ensuring employees safety at work: this is the reason why we gave them all PPEs (personal protective equipment) like masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and thermometers.
We encouraged the Smart Working policy, which is still in force in our company.

Which are your goals?  

LUBEA has always striven for international goals. The Company has always tried to do business with international customers (like ZTE, ERICSSON, NOKIA, HUAWEI) and we are going to strengthen strategic partnerships with them. Back to your question. I hope that LUBEA could be a leading company both at national and international level.
